Clear steps. Scope agreed in writing before any work starts

Start wherever you are. Stop after any step.

01

Intro call

Free · 30 minutes

We start with three questions: What your business is trying to hit this year, what's standing between you and that number, and how much those pain points are costing you. Then you walk me through what you've tried. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what I'd do first.

02

AI Vision & Roadmap

3 to 4 weeks · Fixed fee, agreed in writing

For teams that have experimented and need direction.

  • ✓An inventory of current AI use, tools, and pilots
  • ✓A 12 to 18 month vision for where AI changes the business
  • ✓Every candidate workflow surveyed, the top two mapped in depth
  • ✓Success metrics and a baseline for each priority workflow
  • ✓A first draft of your AI ground rules

Yours to keep whether or not we keep working together.

03

Workflow Build

About 90 days · Quoted after the roadmap

For moving one or two workflows from experiment to everyday use. Committed to an outcome, not hours: At least one workflow in production. If there's room for more inside the scope, we do more.

  • ✓Built with your team, on your real work
  • ✓Ground rules in place before rollout
  • ✓Measured against a baseline
  • ✓Full handover: Documentation, training, admin access in your name

04

Expansion Partner(optional)

Ongoing · Scoped together, stop anytime

Every build is complete on its own. Expansion Partner is for teams that want a partner for what comes next.

  • ✓The next workflows from the roadmap, when you're ready for them
  • ✓Regular vision refreshes with leadership
  • ✓Ground rules updated as usage grows
  • ✓Ongoing reporting against the metrics we set at the start

05

Leadership sessions and talks

30 minutes to half a day · Quoted per session

  • ✓Executive visioning workshop: A half day with your leadership team covering your current AI maturity, where AI should take the business, and the first three moves.
  • ✓Team and association talks: What AI means for your industry right now and what to do about it.

Questions owners ask

How much does it cost?+

It depends on team size, how many workflows are in scope, and how embedded you want me. You'll get a range on the intro call and a fixed written quote before any work starts.

We've already tried AI and it didn't stick. Is that a problem?+

It's the most common starting point. The Assess step exists for exactly this. Stalled pilots tell us a lot about what to do next.

How do you measure success?+

We set the metrics before we build: Elapsed time, error and rework rates, touches per piece of work, cost per unit, and how much of each AI draft survives review. We record a baseline in the Assess step and report against it as a range, never a number we haven't earned yet. If finance wants a bigger efficiency figure, we harden the underlying numbers rather than inflate the story.

Do we have to buy new software?+

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for.

Can one person really do this?+

Yes, because the goal is for your team to run what we build. Where a build needs more hands, I bring in people I've worked with and tell you upfront.

What happens if you're not around?+

Everything is documented and in your name. Your team runs it. Expansion Partner exists if you want ongoing help, not because you need it.

Do you work with health data?+

Yes, carefully. Member data stays out of AI tools unless the right agreements are in place. We design around that from day one.
